"Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish"
I've been listening to Susan Stamberg on NPR for many years, and for at least twenty of them I've listened to her give her mother-in-law's cranberry relish recipe just before Thanksgiving. Last year, driving to school, I heard her talk about the recipe with two guys working in a market in Seattle while they were throwing fish to each other. At that moment it occurred to me that I should do a setting of the recipe. I did, and I sent it to her. On November 17, 2000, the setting was broadcast on NPR. You can download the recipe and hear the broadcast on the NPR web-site.
